Recipe for tomato paste with canned tomatoes

The first method:

  • Fill the glass to the end and fill the last layer of glass on the tomatoes with olive oil or ordinary liquid oil and cut off the connection between the air and the tomatoes.
  • Now open and close the jars that were in the hot water. Use a towel to keep the jars from burning.
  • Because both the glass contains hot gojmon and it causes suction in the glass, and naturally our glass is sealed and no air enters the glass.
  •  We put the glasses to cool in the room air, then you can keep a dark and cool place (room temperature) in the refrigerator or storage.

The second method:

  • Peel the tomatoes and chop them finely, or if you want, puree them with a blender (any model you like)
  • Next, put the tomatoes in a saucepan and bring to a boil until the tomatoes are slightly dehydrated.
  • For every 5 kg of tomatoes, add about 2 tablespoons of salt.
  • Again, like the above method, we put the glass and glass lids in boiling water to boil and sterilize for a few minutes.
  • Pour the hot tomatoes into the jars and close the jars with the hot lid. And let it cool.

Third method:

  • Peel the tomatoes and chop them finely, or if you want, puree them with a blender (any model you like)
  • Pour the chopped tomatoes into clean sterilized jars, close the lids and put all the jars in a large pot. Fill the bowl with lukewarm water. It should hold the size of two fingers of water on the jars and pour over the heat. Boil in a saucepan for 15-20 minutes
  • After removing from the heat and pouring them upside down to cool. So it is better to consume that glass as soon as possible.
  • If you want your canned tomatoes to taste like tomato sauce, use the second or third method. (In this method, you can also use a few cloves of garlic, basil or rosemary beside tomatoes)
  • If, like me, you like your tomatoes to retain their fresh tomato flavor, use the first method.
